Secret of Happiness...
To live a happy, fulfilled, and purposeful life every day is not just a dream; it is our daily responsibility. All we need is sharing. That’s because giving is the direct pathway to happiness – we need the uncomfortable process of uprooting ego to experience true fulfillment. Share today. The more uncomfortable, the happier you will be.

Why Are You Here...
Like all complicated questions, the secret to happiness is simple: know why you are here. When you clearly see, and recognize as a truth the nature of your duty in the world, doubts & depression shed off your soul like the skin of a snake.

The Purpose of Wisdom...
Students often ask me, “If I have been studying Kabbalah for years, am I connected?” My answer is, “Just because you walk into a gym doesn’t necessarily mean you’re working out.” This is because being connected isn’t just about attending classes or reading books. It’s a commitment to spiritual growth and transformation.
Knowledge is definitely an important tool in maintaining a relationship...
Embracing Our Intuition...
EMBRACING OUR INTUITION
By Yehuda Berg
Most of us are creatures of habit and we are reactive beings. No matter how many courses in Kabbalah we have taken, I know lots of students, including myself, who still find it difficult to restrict reacting in certain situations. We have something done to us and immediately feel the need to give a response. Whether someone cuts us off on the street or...

Prayers Are Answered...
Sometimes we need to attract a miracle, which is outside nature. The only way we can do this is through self-sacrifice. When we overcome ourselves, this force rises and tears all the veils, and no power among the higher and lower worlds is able to stop us or prevent anything we ask for. Our prayer will be answered in full.

Worm Inside a Radish...
Consider a worm born inside a radish. The worm sits in there and supposes the whole world is as bitter, dark and small as the radish in which it was born. However, when it manages to pierce the shell of the radish, it becomes amazed and says, “I thought the whole world was just like this radish in which I was born, but now I see in front of me a great, enlightened, and beautiful world.”

The Ripening Apple...
When you take a bite of an apple that’s not ripe, perhaps even bitter, the problem isn’t with the apple; the problem is we didn’t wait for the tree to get to the place where the apple is ripe. It’s our timing that is the problem, not the apple itself, nor the tree.
This is a powerful message for us, because it makes clear that the only real problem we have is that our process is not yet complete....

To-Do List...
Many times we run our relationships like we run our office. People become items on our To-Do list. To-do lists might get the job done, but we want to do more than that. Our skills, learned and innate, help us get by but we want to do more than that. We want to be able to channel for those around us; be equipped with solutions before the problems arise, have the right words at the right time, be in...

Notice it All...
Messengers come in all forms – not only from humans. Sometimes we see a piece of paper on the sidewalk, or catch a glance of a bird out of the side of our eyes, or hear a dog barking. There is meaning in all of it. Today, be aware of all the things you see and hear. Ask yourself what life is showing you by strewing these things along your path.

Everyone Desires Happiness...
Desire is what draws us together. Desire for world peace or desire for war. Desire for pizza or desire for a salad. No matter how profound or trivial, human desires are our common link. Everyone desires happiness; no one desires suffering. Yet we often mistake someone else’s search for happiness—their avoidance of suffering—as being “anti-me.” How often, for example, have you thought a friend, a...

Creating New Horizons...
Why are people in spiritual stories always traveling somewhere? The message is that when we go out of ourselves, our comfort, our nature, our selfish desires - we begin our truespiritual journey. We go out of what we know in order to go into our greatness.
Today, do actions that force you outside your nature. This can change your life and create new horizons.

47. Global Transformation
I reflect upon the spiritual truth that world peace begins with peace in my own heart.
With this Name, I speed my own transformation, and strengthen the forces of peace throughout the world.
This week, the kabbalistic calendar ushers in the month of Aquarius and the...
Learning to Love...
In an old Kabbalistic tale, a student approaches his teacher and asks him to teach him all the secrets of the cosmos in the short time that it takes to remain balanced on one leg. Upon hearing his student’s request, the sage considers the question very carefully. Then, his eyes light up with infinite wisdom and he says, “Love thy neighbor as thyself. All the rest is mere commentary. Now go and...
Trust Your Gut...
Have you ever had a gut feeling that if you went to this one particular place, even though you were tired and grumpy, something good was going to happen to you—and when you did, you met your future best friend, or fell in love, or just had a great time? Or have you ever just known that if you walked down a certain street, something bad would happen, and you later found out there was an accident on...
Get Root Down...
When faced with issues, rather than invest time and energy to solve the
problem, often we try to move the problem - either to someone else’s desk,
someone else’s department, or even someone else’s city.
Moving problems never solves the issue. The problems still exists, even if
we don’t have to see it or smell it.
Take an honest look at your hang-ups, even the ones...

Lesson Learned in Time...
Life is like a video game where you accomplish one thing, and then you get the key to the next level. When you transform one thing, you get a key: it can be prosperity, fertility, personal power and so on. But before you jump onto the next lesson, you’ve got to make sure you’ve learned the one you’re meant to be learning now.

Be the Best...
Some days we will be happier than others. And some periods of time we will be more successful than other times. The key to real success is to be the best you can be in any situation, and never assume you’ve arrived.

The Right Oxygen...
There is a kabbalistic saying, “Make for yourself a teacher and acquire for yourself a friend.” From this you can learn two key principles that can ensure your success on your spiritual path. The first is, you can be successful on this path with a teacher, a constant source of guidance and inspiration. There’s no better way to ensure that you reach your goals and maintain continuous growth. The...

The Boxer...
Life’s tests don’t come when we’re prepared for them. They come when we’re not. How spiritual we are isn’t just about how much we smile or share – it’s also what we do when we get tested.
One thing’s for sure: our inner opponent is never going to take us on when we are ready. One way to insure we make it through those trying moments is to conduct ourselves like boxers - keep hitting even when...

No Limits on Goodness...
As you know, things are not always what they seem at first. Your best friend last year may not seem like such a great person this year, and that teacher who seemed so mean in the beginning turned out to be your favorite.
One illusion in life that gets us into lots of trouble is the feeling that there isn’t enough good stuff to go around, like your favorite dessert being sliced before your eyes...

Let the Leader Lead...
Everything in Kabbalah points to one fundamental responsibility: You need to be a leader, not a follower. And the first thing to know is that “leader” is not a job description. It’s a state of consciousness. A leader is a leader wherever they fall on the totem pole, whether they’re the CEO or the receptionist—in charge of thousands or responsible for one telephone. What can you do today to act...

Other People's Paths...
Being on a spiritual journey means we’ve decided it’s not enough to just fix ourselves. If that was true, we could move to India and live in solitude. It’s not enough for us and it’s not enough for the world. We need other people’s paths and processes to be a priority in our lives. Remember to look for the Light in the eyes of people around you, and seek to be more of service to others.

The Real Problem...
A student says to his spiritual teacher, “I have no money. What am I going to do?” “No problem - pray to God,” the teacher says. “But I don’t know how to pray.” “Now you have a problem!” Our problems are not problems. The real problem is when we cannot connect to God.

The Parking Spot...
There’s an old joke about a man who is late for an important deal signing and he prays to God for a parking spot - with the promise of splitting half of his profit with God. Suddenly a spot opens up, and the man says to God, “Don’t worry about it. I found a spot.” There are no coincidences in life. Be aware of God’s constant messengers and messages.

Door Is Open...
The door to transformation is always open. Even at life’s final moment. It is never too late to change. Resignation to one’s fate has no place in kabbalistic teaching. The voice that tells us to give up hope is never the voice of wisdom. It is only the evil inclination (self-sabotage) broadcasting on an alternate frequency. This does not mean to forget the past, but it does urge us to concentrate...

Just A Little Patience...
Lack of patience is often found at the root of missed opportunities. Because what, after all, is patience? Just the unshakeable knowledge – the certainty – that what is in our best interest will come to be. Certainty, trust, and patience allows us to repel all doubt and stay the course during times of difficulty rather than seek or create poor substitutes for fulfillment.

You’re with a group of friends or business acquaintances. Everyone is talking, showing off their expertise about a particular topic, but it’s obvious to you that you know much more than they do about the subject. Path of Resistance...
Most people tend to choose the path of least resistance in life. They look for the easy, comfortable situations. But staying comfortable doesn’t generate lasting light. We must learn to flee our comfort zones and plunge headfirst into uncomfortable situations.
